For the Cerdo y salsa

2 und chuleta de cerdo sin hueso

Sal

Pimienta negra

Ajo en polvo

2 und de naranja (jugo y piel rayada)

20 ml aceite de oliva

20 ml vinagre de manzana

30 ml miel

40 gr mantequilla

5 und dientes de ajo

For the Crema de chimichurri

60 g crema mexicana o yogurt griego

30 g chimichurri

For the Acompañantes

Repollo picado

Cebolla china

Chimichurri

Granada

Tortillas

For the Pork and Sauce

2 boneless pork chops

Salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

2 oranges (juice and grated peel)

20 ml olive oil

20 ml apple cider vinegar

30 ml honey

40 g butter

5 garlic cloves

For the Chimichurri Cream

60 g Mexican cream or Greek yogurt

30 g chimichurri

For the Sides

Chopped cabbage

Green onions

Chimichurri

Pomegranate

Tortillas

Directions

Step 1

Sellar bien la chuleta de cerdo por ambos lados.

Step 2

Agregar sal, pimienta negra, ajo en polvo, jugo y piel rayada de naranja, aceite de oliva, vinagre de manzana, miel, mantequilla y dientes de ajo.

Step 3

Dejar descansar la chuleta antes de cortar al menos 7 minutos para que no se desangre.

Step 4

Para la crema de chimichurri, mezclar la crema mexicana o yogurt griego con el chimichurri.

Step 5

Servir los tacos con repollo picado, cebolla china, chimichurri, granada y tortillas.

Step 1

Sear the pork chop well on both sides.

Step 2

Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, orange juice and grated peel, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, butter, and garlic cloves.

Step 3

Let the chop rest before cutting for at least 7 minutes so it doesn't bleed.

Step 4

For the chimichurri cream

Step 1

Mix the Mexican cream or Greek yogurt with the chimichurri.

Step 2

Serve the tacos with chopped cabbage, green onion, chimichurri, pomegranate, and tortillas.
