1 kg pechuga de pollo

2 lt Agua

1 laurel

0.5 g pimienta en grano

50 g apio

Sal al gusto

For the Mayonesa

1 Huevo

Sal y pimienta al gusto

2 dientes de ajo

5 g mostaza

30 ml jugo de limón

250 ml aceite vegetal

1 kg chicken breast

2 lt Water

1 bay leaf

0.5 g peppercorn

50 g celery

Salt to taste

For the Mayonnaise

1 Egg

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cloves of garlic

5 g mustard

30 ml lemon juice

250 ml vegetable oil

Your favorite bread

Step 1

En una olla agregar el pollo con los demás ingredientes, cocine a fuego medio por 20 minutos o hasta que esté completamente cocido, enfriar y luego deshilachar.

Mientras se cocina el pollo agregar las lonjas de tocino en una placa al horno a 380 f x 12 minutos o hasta que esten crocantes, reservar la grasa para tostar el pan.

Step 3

Para la mayonesa agregamos todo a una licuadora menos el aceite y procesamos a velocidad media por 30 segundo luego agregar el aceite en forma de hilo hasta formar una mayonesa compacta.

Tostar tu pan favorito con la grasa del tocino y armar el sandwich.
