Para el helado de platano

3 platanos congelados

500 g yogurt griego

miel al gusto

canela al gusto

vainilla al gusto

Para la galleta de chocolate

80 g cacao

120 g harina sin preparar

100 ml leche

80 g azucar rubia

3 g polvo de hornear

0.5 g sal

60 g mantequilla

For the banana ice cream

3 frozen bananas

500 g Greek yogurt

honey to taste

cinnamon to taste

vanilla to taste

For the chocolate cookie

80 g cocoa

120 g unprepared flour

100 ml milk

80 g brown sugar

3 g baking powder

0.5 g salt

60 g butter

Step 1

Para el helado: Congelar 3 platanos y luego licuarlo con los demas ingredientes, agregar a un container circular y congelar por 2 horas

Step 2

Para las galletas: agregar la mantequilla, el azucar y la vaninilla, batir por 1 minuto. Agregar la leche, harina, sal, polvo de hornear y cacao en polvo, mezlcar bien. Agregar en una plata para hornear la mezcla en bolas del mismo tamano y hornear por 350F por 15 minutos. Esperar que enfrien por completo antes de armar el helado

Step 1

For the ice cream: Freeze 3 bananas and then blend them with the other ingredients, add to a circular container and freeze for 2 hours.

Step 2

For the cookies: add the butter, sugar and vanilla, beat for 1 minute. Add the milk, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder, mix well. Place the mixture in balls of the same size on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Wait for them to cool completely before assembling the ice cream.
