Me encanta la caigua, en Perú la comemos horneada con relleno y también fresca en ensaladas, esta versión de caigua rellena no es la tradicional. No cocino la caiga porque pienso que la textura cruda de la caiga, refresca y da textura a la preparación, te animo a que la pruebes de esta manera pero si no deseas hacerlo puedes hornear las caigas con el relleno a 380 F x 15 min.
