Sal y pimienta al gusto

2 g comin

1 g orégano

2 g ajo en polvo

1 g culantro en polvo

0.5 g cúrcuma

30 g aceite

50 g pisco

150 g pasta ají amarillo

100 g sillao

30 g vinagre

10 g Cebolla china

Salt and pepper to taste

2 g cumin

1 g oregano

2 g garlic powder

1 g coriander powder

0.5 g turmeric

30 g oil

50 g pisco

150 g yellow chili paste

100 g soy sauce

30 g vinegar

10 g Green onions

En un bol agregar las alitas de pollo y agregar todos los ingredientes.
